Preschool Age

 Tiny Tots (12-36 months)
1 day per week- 35 minutes
The ratio for these classes is 6:1 and are taught by USA Gymnastics Safesport certified instructors. These are fun classes involving one on one interaction between the child and one parent/guardian. This class features an introduction to basic motor and gymnastics skills along with the fun of physical fitness. Self-esteem, Motor, personal, listening, and social skills of the child will be improved. This class will explore the tumble track/trampoline, preschool climbing, tumbling circuit, beam, vault and child quad bars. 
Bama 1 (Preschool - ages 3-4)
1 day per week- 40 minutes
The ratio for these classes is 5:1 and are taught by USA Gymnastics Safesport certified instructors. These classes are designed to teach children basic gymnastics skills while learning to work with other children and follow direct instruction. Basic gymnastics such as forward rolls, cartwheel, back rolls, and handstands are taught (based on child’s development). These classes will cover all aspects of motor skill development while teaching that learning, physical activity, and social activity is fun! This class will explore the tumble track/trampoline, preschool tumbling circuit, beam, bars, and vault. In addition, each class begins with a developmental warm-up that uses fine motor skills and strengthening games.
