Girls Xcel Team
Bronze, Silver and Gold
The Excel team is by invitation and evaluation only. The ratio of gymnast per coach varies. Team is coached by USA Gymnastics Safesport certified instructors. The gymnasts on team will be competition ready with all skills required for the level they are to compete. The focus of team is to refine skills and dance movement for the current level of competition and progressing to skills for the next level. Strength, conditioning, and flexibility are stressed on team for progression to more advanced skills. Team takes a lot of time and dedication by the child and their family. Team practices meet according to their level of gymnastics.
